Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

Back2Basics Lab provides professional PCB Design courses and related services through its online platform www.back2basics.engineering and associated applications such as B2B Lab LMS Client and B2B Lab LMS Downloader. Due to the immediate availability of digital content and licensed software, all course-related payments are non-refundable.

2. Non-Refundable Items

• Payments for all course levels (Novice, Competent, Expert)
• Virtual Machine downloads containing pre-installed licensed software
• Grace period extensions and renewals
• Assessment resubmission fees (if applicable)

3. Refund Exceptions

Refunds are only processed in the following rare cases:

• Duplicate payments verified through our gateway
• Technical transaction failure resulting in incomplete access

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Cancellation

• Users may cancel enrollment voluntarily through their account dashboard.
• Cancellations after course access activation will not qualify for a refund.
• Upon course completion, access to the Virtual Machine is automatically locked.

5. Grace Periods

Users may purchase additional access time known as a “grace period.” Grace period fees are non-refundable once applied to an account.

6. Payment Confirmation

All successful payments trigger an automated confirmation email and invoice. Users are responsible for maintaining valid email addresses for communication.

7. Dispute Resolution

All disputes related to transactions should be reported within 7 days to billing@back2basics.engineering.
